My Thoughts: I was eager to read this because I'm always struggling with 10-15 lbs. I would love to finish the struggle once and for all. Chantel Hobbs has written a motivating book that will help a person look at life change in a fresh way. By taking everything by the day, it's much easier to feel successful. Also, much easier to get back up after a mistake if everything is day-to-day, and even hour-to-hour. I found the author very easy to relate to because she was overweight for many years and she finally changed her life. She's not the typical nutritionist that has always been athletic and fit, she actually understand the pain and the emotional turmoil that come with the extra pounds. And she also learned to love to exercise and eat healthy. So, if she can do it, the rest of us can also do it!
